Our 2026 Annual Meeting of the Trustees is planned for Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20. A special two-day planning event this year!
Our in-person attendees will be meeting at the Corque Hotel in Solvang, California. We plan on our business meeting on Tuesday with a special planning retreat on Wednesday (Eastern Time Zone). Informal get-togethers will be arranged.
Brief Schedule:
Dr. Thomas Zane, H.S. Pennypacker Chair of the Board, will call to order with Trustees voting for acceptance of the 2025 minutes and for nominated incoming Trustees and Advisors. The financials and past, present, and future projects will be reviewed by Dr. Rob Holdsambeck, Executive Director, with updates from our volunteers who have championed projects. Presentations may be made both in-person and streaming in virtually.
Please officially register. This helps with expenses. Your registration will serve as your formal RSVP.
We will be posting information about room options at the Corque Hotel soon.
