Digital Items are sold for the use of one user or one class as a teaching aide unless otherwise indicated and cannot be distributed or duplicated by the buyer. Digital items cannot be returned.
Approved resellers are extended a 20% discount off of the retail price on CCBS publications. Resellers are allowed to purchase via Purchase Order and be invoiced with payment to be received after the point of sale. Please indicate on the Purchase Order if you have a preference for shipping or wish to use your account. Otherwise, all bookstore items will be sent out at the seller’s discretion.
Bookstore Returns Policy
Written authorization must be obtained via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . All returns will be subject to the stated terms of our policy. The amount paid will be refunded back to the credit card that you used for payment or credited to your account (for resellers) after all the following are met:
- Authorization is obtained within (30) days of the date of the original purchase
- Your purchase information (i.e. invoice or purchase order number) is included with the return
- The merchandise is returned within sixty (60) days of the date of the original purchase
**No credit will be given for invoices more than sixty (60) days old.**
Merchandise must be in clean and resalable condition. If merchandise is considered damaged by our returns department, no credit will be issued. Postage will be credited only if we have made a mistake with your order. CCBS will not pay for return postage unless it is our error. All returns must be shipped to address above or no credit will be issued. CCBS credit memos will be honored for up to one year from the date of the credit memo.
