There are many careers in the climate and environmental space that would benefit from professionals with a behavior analytic background. At least 300 government agencies worldwide include a behavioral scientist working in the climate and environmental space. Opportunities range from local government to state or federal government to multilaterals; nonprofits of varying sizes; and school or academic settings. Opportunities range from environmental education, communication, policy advising, sustainability, director/program manager/coordinator for nonprofit programs, climate adaptation, and wildlife conservation and management.
